Orthoptera & Allied Insects

Grasshoppers and Related Insects Recording Scheme of Britain and Ireland. The scheme was launched in 1968 with the support of the Biological Records Centre (BRC), to collect records of grasshoppers and related species, and map and study their distributions.

UK Beetle Recording

 There are over 4000 species of beetle found in Britain, Ireland and surrounding islands. This website allows you to find out more about these fascinating insects, and provides a gateway for you to submit and manage your beetle records.
