• Access is valid for a period of time which varies on the course you have purchased. Please refer to your candidate profile once registered to confirm this time period.
   
• We are not liable for access issues related to your internet connection or device compatibility.
   

• In-person training can be booked online and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
   
• A confirmation email will be sent after successful payment with session details.
   
• Cancellations require a minimum of 30 days' notice to be eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur fees or be non-refundable.
   
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling.
   
• Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation, unless otherwise stated.
   

• All prices are listed in GBP and may change without prior notice.
   
• Accepted payment methods include Credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer.
   
• Your payment must be completed before delivery of goods or access to services.
   

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
   
• We are not responsible for shipping delays once an order is handed over to the carrier.
   
• Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon shipment.
   

• Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
   
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
   
• Digital products and eLearning content are non-refundable once accessed, unless legally required or explicitly stated.
